Privacy policy

Effective 2026-09-24 · CloudDesk Go

This privacy policy explains, in plain language, what CloudDesk Go collects when you use the app or its web preview, why, and what you can do about it. We collect the minimum the app needs to work and nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.

What we collect

Cookies and local storage

The web preview uses local storage, not tracking cookies: it remembers your session, your preferences and whether you dismissed the cookie notice. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

To provide the service you signed up for, keep your account secure, send the emails you asked for (verification, password reset), fix problems and improve the product. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Who can see it

The team behind CloudDesk Go and the infrastructure providers that host the service on our behalf, under contract, only as needed to run it. We disclose data when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed from the live systems promptly and from backups on their normal rotation.

Your rights

You can see, correct, export and delete your data at any time from inside the app: Settings → Profile to correct it, Settings → Account to export a copy or delete the account. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing and to complain to your data-protection authority.

Children

CloudDesk Go is not directed at children under the age at which they can consent to online services where they live, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the effective date above and, for material changes, tell you inside the app.
